Responsibilities within this role could include personal care, preparing and assisting with mealtimes, prompting and administering medication and helping with household chores the client may need support with. You will develop a professional relationship with your clients to help further understand their needs and requirements and to assist them to maintain their physical and personal independence, whilst promoting choice and control.
